Shipping Policies

Domestic and International

• Shipments usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment for domestic and 6-10 days for international packages.  Postal delays may occur which are out of our control.  If your items do not arrive within the expected time, please contact your post office to file a complaint.  No refunds will be granted for postal delays.

• For expedited shipping, please choose USPS Express shipping as opposed to free shipping.

Cakes:

• All cakes will ship on Monday or Tuesday to ensure continuous travel and to avoid weekend postal layovers and delays.

Cookies, Brownies, and Other:

• All cookies, brownies, and other confections will ship Monday-Wednesday.
